Safeguarding
Safeguarding is the action taken to promote the welfare of children and protect them from harm, abuse and maltreatment. To prevent harm to their health and development ensuring that children grow up with the provision of safe effective care. At Sherborne Girls every member of staff regularly attends Safeguarding training and there is a robust internal and external structure in place to promote child safety and to raise concerns. All staff have Staff also have a summary leaflet and card with key contact details which are as follows:
