Celebrating achievement and opening futures.
Sherborne Boys leave with strong results, wide-ranging ambitions, and the confidence to take their next steps. Whether heading to a top UK university, a specialist arts institution, or an international destination, our pupils pursue courses that match their strengths, passions, and goals.
Sherborne Boys leavers go on to study a broad range of subjects – from Medicine, Veterinary Science, Mathematics, and Engineering to English, History, and Theology. Most secure places at leading UK universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, and other Russell Group institutions, while others choose top global universities or specialist pathways in art and music.
In 2021, 90% of UCAS Applicants Gained a Place at Their First-choice University
In addition, 73% progressed to Russell Group destinations.
Popular recent choices include Exeter, Bristol, Durham, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Bath, and Manchester, alongside Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, LSE, St Andrews, The Royal Veterinary College, The Courtauld Institute of Art, and the BIMM Institute.
These outcomes are the result of hard work, dedicated teaching, and a culture of aspiration and support. We are proud of what our pupils achieve – and where they go next.
