Careers
We believe that future success is built on curiosity, self-belief and informed choices.
That’s why our Careers Programme begins in L4 (Year 7) and continues right through to U6 (Year 13) — supporting each girl as she explores her aspirations and navigates the opportunities ahead.
From the earliest stages, we help pupils develop the skills, confidence and self-awareness needed to shape their own future.
Career conversations are woven through school life — supported by tutors, PSHE lessons, year group meetings and subject-specific guidance from teaching staff.
Support at Every Stage
Girls receive tailored, timely advice at key decision points, from choosing GCSE subjects to exploring post-18 pathways.
Whether a pupil is considering university, an apprenticeship, or a more creative or international route, she will be guided every step of the way.
We use Unifrog, a leading online platform that gives pupils access to up-to-date career and course information, as well as tools for tracking goals, reflecting on strengths and connecting with mentors and employers.
Our careers team is committed to meeting the Gatsby Benchmarks — the gold standard for careers education — ensuring that all pupils benefit from meaningful experiences of the workplace, higher education and career guidance.
