It is a driving force. With scholarships raining down like biblical floods, we keep raising the bar (and the curtain, and the climbing ropes).
Whether it is Micro Adventures whisking year groups into midweek mischief and bucolic bliss, or whole-school off-timetable days turning campus into a Victorian wonderland, we go all in.
Take Earth Day – think guest speakers, cardboard Attenboroughs, snow zones, carousels of creativity, and eco-themed fancy dress. Staff do not just join in – they compete to out- wow each other. And the children? They lap it up.
