Before moving into the teaching profession, Briony graduated with a BA (Hons) in Music and Psychology from the University of Exeter, worked for The Wombles (yes, really), and then spent a very happy five years working for Comic Relief.
Unmatched Special Education Support
After teaching in the state sector for a couple of years, Briony developed a particular interest in special educational needs.
She is driven by a desire to understand each pupil’s individual profile and to support them in becoming the best version of themselves.
As the member of staff responsible for the academic pathway at Sherborne Prep, Briony has a keen interest in the science and research behind teaching and learning.
Her goal is to ensure that pupils are as engaged, motivated, and inspired as possible in the classroom.
