Rebecca joined Sherborne Girls as Deputy Head (Academic) in 2024 and advises the Head on academic appointments, manages the professional development of staff, line-manages Heads of Department and Heads of Year, is a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, and is an Independent Schools Inspectorate Team Inspector.
